Once design is understood, the documentation phase kick in. During this phase, the entire design team coordinated a set of documents providing a guideline to a General Contractor on what the design intent is. This set should reflect quantities, specifications of each material, their applications, etc.

Our preferred method, especially for a commercial or multi-unit project, to bring in a GC partner during this phase, to make sure we still stay in tune with our budget AND timeline.

Our team will assist during this phase to review the final bid of the GC, as well as review their contract terms with you if you are not the most comfortable with it.

One construction start, we can accompany you during the entirety of this phase. Construction comes with its own set of complexity that require a facilitator. Any project with documentation will have product submittals, and questions during construction, to clarify directions given during the documentation phase or to answer a unpredicted situation. We will provide you with a set of blueprint documents summarizing all the small adjustments that may have happened during construction, and in progress pictures of your construction in order to have a record of infrastructure location.
